We just got back from our trip to CT to visit with all of the CT Lowes. We had a great time. Sarah was (un)believably good. She did not cry at all on the plane both ways, held her own with 4 year olds, stayed up past 9, took baths in a Jacuzzi, and charmed everyone she met. Everyone was also very impressed with her appetite. The weather was cool and rainy pretty much the whole time but it was actually a nice break from the FL heat (it was over 100 degrees today!) We continued our Diners, Drive-ins and Dives adventures, visiting a bunch of places from Daddy's childhood. Had a all day family cookout at Uncle Chris and Aunt Ellen's new house and just got to spend a lot of time enjoying each other. Daddy even got to watch a Sox game every night we were there!
The best part of the trip was that Sarah got to spend a bunch of time with her cousin Josh. He was the best big cousin ever! He taught Sarah so many things, shared great and was really gentle around her. The cutest of all though was Daddy showed Josh how to hold Sarah's hand, he caught right on and lead her all over the place. We hope he gets to visit Sarah soon, Sarah is very excited to introduce him to the Princesses, Mickey, Shamu and the rest of her friends! It was nice to get back home, we all missed Jake. Here are a few highlights.
