We went to Easter Bunny Brunch today to get into the Easter spirit. There must have been 500 people there. We spent all morning as they had a DJ for the kids and all sorts of other entertainers. Not to mention a bunch of freebies and tons of food.
There was a scary moment, Sarah fell out of the Easter Bunny's chair head first. Daddy did a full out dive, crashed into the Easter Bunny's seat, knocked over a bunch of the props and backdrop, but was able to catch Sarah about a half an inch from the ground (according to Mommy, Daddy thinks she hit). It could have been bad, as she was headed head first into the floor with nothing to break her fall but her head. Mommy vaulted over the camera counter to get to Daddy and Sarah who were sprawled out on the floor. In typical Sarah fashion, she didn't make a peep, she looked at us like "what"? and the pictures continued! Sarah must have a guardian angel! This picture was taken about 1 second before the dive occured.
Today will turn into one of those stories we share for years to come. Sarah is looking very forward to her first visit from the Easter Bunny.
