Weekend Happenings

What a weekend it was. We continued our tourist trend and went to SeaWorld on Saturday. Sarah loved the Shamu show. For whatever reason loud noises do not seem to bother her so she danced and wiggled right along. We saw the Dolphins and Manatees and even went up in the SeaWorld Sky Tower (320 feet!). The surprise hit of the day was the "baby care center" It is an air conditioned, attended, "break room" complete with all the baby supplies you tend to forget, nursing rooms, changing rooms and bathrooms. What a GREAT idea! We wish the other parks would follow suit, Disney doesn't even have changing tables in most of their bathrooms. Sunday we got things done around the house, then went to Universal City Walk and had a late lunch at Margaritaville. Sarah was once again the hit of the party, their was a steel drum band playing (it was loud!) and she sang (in one long monotone drone) and moved right along to the music. Her favorite song was Hot, Hot, Hot which pleased Mommy, who happens to be a closet Buster Poindexter fan. Sarah has also learned how to make the "raspberry" sound, spit flies everywhere! She will mimic, we make the sound, she makes the sound, we make the sound, she makes the sound, we make..........Is it bad to be more tired coming out of the weekend then going in? We took a ton of pictures, here are a few shots, look for the others on Kodak Gallery (Daddy is a little pale because of a stomach bug that has been kicking his butt for a few days, thank God for Pepto-Bismol).
