We made our (almost) weekly trip to Hot Dog Heaven today. It never disappoints. It is this tiny little hotdog stand way on the East side of town that serves Chicago style hotdogs. Daddy always gets the traditional Chicago Style (Vienna beef dog, mustard, green relish, onions, pickles, hot peppers and celery salt on a steamed poppy seed bun). Mommy being the Southern girl she is is a chili and slaw dog girl. Sarah as you can see likes the menu. It was just rated one of the top 40 best cheap eats in the US. We love it!
