Sarah is sick. Ironically we had taken her yesterday for her 12 month check-up and the nurse took her temperature as part of the normal check-in routine and it was 101.5! Even though Sarah wasn't acting sick at the time the Doc said it was a sign of things to come and boy was she right! Sarah has only been out of her crib about 2 hours today. She has had a 102 fever all day. She really is a great baby though, she just sleeps and sleeps. When she was up other than the zombie eyes and red checks she was pretty much her normal, easy going self. Hopefully she will start feeling better tomorrow or it is back to the Doc to see what is going on.
Sarah did not get her shots because of the fever but her check up went great. Doc said she was developmentally right where she needed to be and her height, weight and head where all right in line. Mommy won the bet, Sarah weighed in at 24lbs 8oz (90th%), she was 30.5 inches tall (80th%) and her head was in the 90th%.
